Oracle Support
  • The product platform with all applications (UI, services) can now run on Oracle.
  • The carriers DPI, DPA, DPB are already supported on Oracle servers.
  • More carriers follow (next are UPS, PON).

Dangerous goods support
  • V-LOG supports the following dangerous goods documents:
    • ADR
    • IMO
    • Shippers Declaration
  • All documents can be printed during label print or on shipment closing.

Adressbook
  • Address book has been reworked for better scalability and performance.
  • Added a search bar to the address book.

Co-Pack
  • Co-pack can be configured to sum up all weights (packages or articles) and create the desired number of packages directly from to co-pack screen.

Event Carrier Changed
  • Added a new event which is triggered when the carrier is changed in the UI.
    • This event can be used to transfer data from one carrier to another with mappings.

Instant print
  • Added an option to automatically print after loading a shipment via interface.

Weight and print
  • Added support for weigh and print workflows,

Workspace support
  • The shipping ui only shows mandators, carriers and shipments assigned to workspace group of the currently active workspace.




Product Platform
External Keys
  • Improved the external keys UI and handling of combinations of mandatory, conditional and optional keys with and without conditions.

Workflow scheduling
  • Added support for time zones.




V-LOG
ASCII Mode
  • Added support for ASCII mode to FTP uploads.

Automatic splitting of shipments
  • V-LOG can be configured to split shipments into single-parcel-shipments.
    • The splitting is only visible to the carrier. For interfaces / tables the shipment still looks the same.

CAB Support
  • Added support for the CAB printer language.

LPL Support
  • Added support for the LPL printer language.

Known issues

LQ-Only shipments

V-LOG currently does not support LQ only shipments. LQ is only supported in combination with regular dangerous goods articles.

The dev-team is currently working on a solution for LQ only shipments as well.
